Chia seeds absorb liquid and form a soft gel, making them ideal for puddings, breakfast bowls and hydrating drinks. Soaking also improves texture and makes them easier to enjoy.
For a quick pudding, mix two tablespoons of chia seeds with half a cup of milk or curd, add chopped dates and refrigerate for at least two hours.
You can also sprinkle chia over salads or blend it into smoothies. Start small and drink enough water through the day because chia is naturally high in fiber.
